At Little Monsters Day Nursery, our policies and procedures reflect our strong commitment to treating each child as a unique individual. We understand that settling in can be different for every child and parent, so we offer flexibility—whether you prefer gradual trial sessions or starting full-time right away. We especially support parents of younger babies, encouraging them to call throughout the day for updates to ease the transition. Our goal is to work with you in a way that best suits your family’s needs.

We maintain an open-door policy with both Unit Supervisors and Proprietors available to discuss any concerns, often without the need for an appointment. A private meeting room is available for confidential conversations. If any issues arise, we ask parents to communicate with us so we can resolve them quickly. Unresolved matters can be addressed through our formal complaints procedure and, if needed, escalated to Ofsted. All policies and procedures are available in our Reception Area, and we welcome any questions or comments—please speak to the Proprietor.
